Intriguing Workshops
Set in our relaxing location in 5 acres of historic East Meon, in our converted barn, you can join a small group (6-8 maximum) of like-minded individuals to explore how we can all use online maps to take forward our history projects. Available as a half day introduction, or a 1 Day Flying Start workshop we can show you how to get there faster so you can focus on what matters most your project and the enjoyable detective process and continuing learning demanded to really get to grips with your subject.

Each workshop will be led by ourselves (Amanda and Helen) in a warm and collaborative environment. To get the most out of your time you will receive our advance briefing pack and the chance to think and plan upfront how interactive mapping might further inform your project. You can be certain your day will be fun and highly interactive and the start of a whole new arm to your intriguing family, local or social history. The Intriguing Mapping Workshop uses all free tools and with a standard Windows or Mac based PC you will be able to implement at home all of the techniques and approaches we cover. Together with your time with us, your briefing pack (prior to arrival), your workshop pack and materials, you can also register and receive out Homework Pack which will be sent online after your workshop.
